How It Works
Booking & Requirements
The employer or employee contacts us with the type of medical required. We confirm the scope and schedule the appointment.
Medical Examination
The employee undergoes a comprehensive medical examination including any job-specific tests (vision, audiometry, spirometry, drug screening).
Report & Certification
A fitness-for-duty certificate or occupational health report is issued. Results are kept confidential in line with POPIA requirements.
Follow-Up & Workplace Injury Management
For IOD cases, we manage the clinical care, COIDA documentation, and rehabilitation referrals to ensure a timely return to work.
